Classes in Great Gidding and Sawtry
Discover total well-being for the body, mind and soul through the practice of postures (asana), breathing exercises and relaxation. Classes with Radiance Yoga allow you to pause from the busyness of everyday life, taking time to refresh, relax and restore.
Classes are mixed ability, with something for everyone whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced yogi.
All equipment is provided. Booking is essential, and your first class is free.
Saturday mornings: 9:00 - 10:15 AM (mixed level)
Wednesday evenings: 6:30 - 7:45 PM (mixed level)
Monday evenings: 6:00 - 7:15 PM (mixed level)
Monday evenings: 7:30 - 8:45 PM ("Deepening your Practice" - for those with at least 1 year's experience)

Janice is qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and holds the 500 hour Level 4 Diploma in Teaching Yoga. Janice is currently completing further studies with the BWY: Yoga for People with Cancer.
