Yoga Flow with Lucy

I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga suitable for all levels and abilities.
I have 28 years of teaching experience and over 30 years of Yoga practice and study. I teach Group classes and Private one to one (or two) sessions in person in Hemingford Grey, Cambridgeshire. (And online on Zoom)
My classes are suitable for all. I also teach Pilates and i am a Reiki master and offer Sound healing/ Reiki healing and Meditation sessions.
