I have a varied practice in yoga having practiced ashtanga vinyasa I still enjoy the flowing styles, which I enjoy teaching but I also enjoy slower practices, yin/ meditation for the times when being quiet is more appropriate. More recently, I have studied therapeutic yoga - having qualifications for teaching people with CFS/ME, Yoga for People Living With Cancer and yoga therapy. In 2015 I trained with Sarah Powers to teach Yin/ yang yoga and mindfulness meditation. I have also attended workshops in Yoga as a Medicine, Experiential Anatomy, yoga for lower backs.
I am continuing to learn and am constantly updating my knowledge so that I can offer a wider range of skills and knowledge to anyone who attends class and pass on my enthusiasm of the practice of yoga.
