About YogaTales – children’s, Tweens and Teens yoga classes
Yoga is becoming an ever more popular practice for children. As adults we are all fully aware of the benefits of being healthy, strong and taking time out to relax, but have you considered the benefits for children?
My name is Sam Wiltshire and I am a Yoga Teacher specialising in and passionate about teaching children, tweens and teens the lifestyle tools of yoga. Areas of focus include developing gross and fine motor skills, strength, co-ordination and balance, as well as developing mental skills of concentration, coping skills for stress, anxiety, insomnia, increasing self-esteem, confidene and general well being. The classes are fun, uplifting and I focus on the children developing a sense of ‘Self’, encouraging them to reach their full potential, build healthy bodies and become more aware of themselves and those around them. Classes are full of music, movement and laughter and, at the end of each class, we take time to be still and relax completely!
Yoga is not competitive and is accessible to all, as each child can practice at their own level.
I am a fully qualified Adult, teen and Children’s Yoga Teacher, fully insured with a current DBS. I currently run Yoga sessions for children at Primary schools, as well as private one to one sessions.

I am highly recommending these classes they are fun, calming, and definitely enjoyable. Sam is very nice and happy to help if you have any questions about yoga. My daughter is loving her classes with Sam and we she has even been teaching us what she had learnt we now have a yoga mat, singing bowl and yoga clothing.
I can’t say enough how much my daughter loves this class.
Strongly recommend!
