Daisy Birthing

Daisy Birthing is a practical, educational and supportive journey through pregnancy and birth: each week traditional antenatal education is combined with active birth principles, taught seamlessly alongside repetitive flowing movements designed to anchor the education to your body, breath and movement.

Your classes will cover a combination of:
– antenatal and active birth education
– breathing techniques
– yoga based movement
– relaxation and birth hypnosis
– meeting local pregnant women

Daisy Birthing is accessible for all mums regardless of shape, size and ability and classes are suitable for both first and subsequent pregnancies as well as supporting all birth plans and choices.

These progressive women only weekly classes are available from 14 weeks pregnant and are delivered over 6 week terms.

In addition, Active Birth Workshops are now available for couples to attend together to prepare for the birth and the new arrival (see below for details).
