Sarah has been a fitness therapist for over seven years, working as a personal trainer, massage therapist and yoga teacher.
After dealing with her own physical and mental health issues she has dedicated her life to understanding the mind and body and now specialises in yoga therapy.
Sarah’s yoga style is authentic but modern.
She explains everything in a very clear and understandable way, and using her years of experience as a personal trainer she is able to cater for your individual needs within a group environment.
