Namaste yogis!
My Yoga classes are gentle Hatha/ Vinyasa style to suit all flexibility levels & age.
I currently run my Yoga classes every Thursdays at St.Joseph’s room-Holy Family Church (Opp. Langley Library) 226 Trelawney Avenue, Slough,SL3 7UD.
Classes are of 1.15 minutes duration and costs £7 per session. Pre-booking for 6 sessions at an offer price of £40. I require 24 hours notice for class cancellations.
First trial Yoga class for just £5.
