Functional LYT yoga flow that is for beginners upwards. This is active class where we're on our hands and feet a lot to create strength, mobility, feeling flexible & adaptable. There's only a handful of teachers in the UK trained in this style, so come check it out!

Specialised classes to create new neural mapping for the brain to bring balance to the body. Classes are on demand; classes cover mobility, adaptability, flexibility, stability. Working with a neutral pelvis and spine. Helping re-discover movements that are hardwired but modern life has brought about imbalance.
