Gentle Hatha Yoga postures followed by Pranayama (Breath Work) and a Relaxation to finish.
Yoga is traditionally only 8 postures which allows the body and mind to loosen for meditation. Pranayama is control of the breath which therefpre helps us control the mind. Therefore Hatha Yoga (postures) is just the tip of the iceberg and YOGA is much more than just postures. In my weekly class at Wat Phra Singh U.K.. You are able to experience traditional Yoga in a Traditional setting. No headstands needed for this class. You will feel the benefits instantly people often float of class after the deep relaxation.
Cost £5 Per class. Or £4 if you block book 6 sessions. Pre - booking essential places are limited.
