Welcome! I provide yoga and mindfulness classes from birth right through to adulthood.

I believe that children and adults of all ages can benefit from the power of yoga and the emotional, mental and physical benefits it can bring.

Yoga therapy: This can be extremely beneficial for individuals who are seeking long-term relief from a range of physical or mental health conditions. I have a yoga therapy clinic running twice a week. Please contact me for further information or appointments.
