Hatha Yoga with Stephen Webster

Stephen has been teaching yoga for more than a decade. Trained for 16 years by a student of Satyananda Saraswati of Bihar, he holds a Sivananda Teacher qualification. Author of meditaton book 'You are the light of the world' he has studied meditation through teachers in Christian, Sufi, Buddhist and Hindu traditions. He teaches privately and through Warrington Collegiate. His class in Culcheth is on Tuesday night from 8pm and is mixed ability. The sequences and meditations are suitable for busy people of all beleifs and abilities. Stephen also leads an annual meditation retreat in wales and works as a holistic therapist with his company Light Holistics.
