I am a British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher (500 hours) teaching authentic yoga which includes asanas (yoga positions), pranayama (breathing practice) and meditation/ relaxation. My classes are suitable for all levels of students including complete beginners. I focus on helping students work to challenge themselves in their practice, making classes fun and varied and weaving yoga philosophy throughout classes.
In addition to flowing Hatha classes I teach pregnancy, mum and baby, yin, restorative, 121 and beginner classes. I also teach birth preparation workshops and postnatal workshops.
