I have 20+ years as a Yoga practitioner and offer yoga classes suitable for complete beginners and intermediate students.
Classes are an hour long and focus on breathing techniques (Pranayama), yoga postures (Asana) and relaxation using visualisation and meditation.
I am fully qualified and insured.
