In 2018, I started up two wonderful group Yoga Classes within South Queensferry which cater to beginners, improver’s, intermediate and advanced Yogi’s alike. My aim is to give communities the same quality of classes you get in big studios, in more rural areas.

My teaching style is fun and playful with a strong emphasis on alignment and the philosophy behind Yoga. I like to teach a whole range of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa-Power & Flow sequences, Yin and Acuyin . Each class includes breath work, mobility, a variety of postures-asana, inversions and arm balances, relaxation and meditation. These classes and the participants continue to grow and develop every week and I hope to add more of the classes to my schedule.

I also educate and inform people on making positive lifestyle changes and incorporate ways of maintaining the ‘equilibrium’ in the body. I offer mobile one-to-one ‘bespoke’ Wellbeing Sessions in and around Edinburgh & West Lothian. Sessions are carried out in the comfort of your own home and can include a combination of the following or each booked separately;

• Personal Training (utilising body weight exercises)
• One-to-one, Corporate and Group Yoga
• Massage Therapies (including relaxation, Reiki, Hot Stones, Sports, pre & post event and Cancer Care Massage)
• Nutritional Advice (Weight Loss and Sports Nutrition)

All the massage products I use are cruelty free and suitable for Vegans.
