I have been practicing qi gong, daoyin and tai chi for over twenty years, and began teaching in 2009 at the University of Otago, Dunedin Chinese Garden and various health and yoga centres in New Zealand.
With health problems of my own, including weak kidneys and chronic fatigue I took up the practice of qi gong in 1995. I developed deeper practice with inner alchemy, daoyin and tai ji. After consistent practice I was able to return to full health, and lead a vibrant creative life.
I wish to share my own healing story, and what I have learned from many teachers over the years, including His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and other Tibetan lamas. My qi gong teacher was Master Mantak Chia (Thailand) and Richard Clark (New Zealand).
My classes go deeper than physical wellbeing, they also touch on the deeper awareness of cellular memory and internal blocks to full spiritual development, to bring about healing at a profound level.
