At Happy Yoga, we practice Hatha yoga with positive thinking and mindfulness meditation in mind, and combine it with Vinyasa yoga in order to achieve strength for the entire body, connecting the breath with the body in each posture. Through focusing on sets of poses that target specific areas of the body, we gain flexibility at a steady pace that’s comfortable and enjoyable for you!
Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
