I teach hatha flow yoga classes. Each class will include a breathing exercise (pranayama), flow sequences, asanas (poses) and a guided relaxation at the end. I offer beginners and general level classes.
I believe Yoga is for everyone and it is about so much more than flexibility! It's about working with and becoming aware of our own body, opening it up and stretching it out. Yoga helps us learn how to breathe correctly and how to relax, which is good for our over-all health and well-being.
My own practice and life are deeply influenced by Buddhist teachings and I love having the opportunity to share this in class.
