YogaBellies for Pregnancy classes are specially designed classes using yoga postures and breathing techniques to help you prepare for childbirth and relax. Using asanas which are safe throughout pregnancy (from 12-14 weeks onwards) I guide you through a 1 hour 15 minute pregnancy yoga class, building strength and stamina, and creating an opportunity for you to bond with your baby during our deep relaxation and savasana. No prior experience is required and all equipment is provided.
