I teach private yoga sessions, group classes and corporate yoga all tailored to your individual needs.

Learning the foundations of yoga. I work with the traditional yoga asanas (yoga postures) with use of the breath. Each session will focus on a specific aspect of the practice in order to create a strong foundation for safe practice and individual alignment: breathing and core support, standing poses, balancing, and creating space within the body.

 

 

 

 

Hatha yoga is a popular tradition that reinforces equilibrium, flexibility and strength.

It’s a physical discipline that involves a lot of ‘asanas’ or postures, which help to strengthen the body, stretch the muscles and make them lean and supple.

These poses are held for varying amounts of time. …It also endeavors to bring the mind and body into a perfect balance.
