This gentle yoga class will help you loosen up, connect with your body, and leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Strala is a way of moving and healing that encourages natural movement and steers away from pain and force. No long complicated words. An inclusive and laid-back class where you move however it feels good for you. Great for easing back pain.
Open to all – no previous experience required. A few challenges will be included for those with yoga or fitness experience.
