Arc Angel Yoga

Arc Angel Yoga is run by Angie Darcy in and around Glasgow. Angie is an Actress and a singer and first discovered yoga at Drama school. Over the years she experimented with lots of different styles of yoga as she let her practice drift in and out of her life as she needed it. In 2012 she decided to focus her attention to her own practice and made the decision to begin teaching yoga. She qualified as a yoga teacher and is a registered memeber of the IYN. Her own teaching style fuses together Hatha, Kundalini and Core strength Vinyasa flow. She currently teaches on Tuesday evenings in Glasgow’s west end, and also teaches one to ones, small groups, school groups and workshops on request.
