Gail is a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She teaches Hatha Yoga at 7 weekly classes. The classes also include pranayama/breathing exercises, meditation, and guided relaxations.

Friday 6-7pm Relax and Unwind Yoga (2nd Friday of the month)
Sunday 10-10:45am Free Kids Yoga (3rd Sunday of the month)
The classes are suitable for all abilities, and beginners are very welcome. It would be helpful to bring along a warm blanket to each lesson so you can fully enjoy the relaxation part of each class.
