I am a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher and have been teaching classes on the North Wales coast for eighteen years. My classes are general, open to beginners and experienced students and last one and a half hours.
Through the practice of this ancient art we can all improve our vitality, flexibility, strength, concentration, self-confidence and mental and spiritual calm, in addition to
enjoying the sheer exhilaration to be gained from the dynamic stretching of the body that Iyengar Yoga involves.
