Yoga Launceston

Hello and welcome, I offer general yoga classes, oriented to the needs and intentions of the people in the group. Most classes include a sharing, a physical practise (hatha), some restorative postures, a gentle breathing practise (pranayama) and a guided relaxation (yoga nidra). I also offer trauma senstive yoga 121.
The groups are welcoming and suitable for all.
I'm holding groups online and also in hall in Launceston.
