About InRoots Yoga & TRE

Hello there,
my name is Giorgia. I am the founder of InRoots Yoga & TRE.

I teach Mindfulness Yoga and I am currently training on TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises).

The methods I share are not just for physical exercise, they are mindful ways to feel embodied. What does this mean? It means that through the flowing movement of our body, whether is through yoga or TRE, the emphasis is to take your attention to certain parts of your body, to your breathing, to how you feel. Developing a somatic (soma = body) awareness. Learning to be in your body and to recognise what is going on down there and up in your head. It is a very empowering and useful tool to have. It helps you feeling grounded, rooted and connected.

It is like being outdoors no matter the weather conditions, sun or rain, the core of who you are is still there.

In a world full of uncertainties, these practices teach us to meet life's challenges feeling calm, composed and grounded.

I run online group and private mindfulness yoga classes. As well as online 1:1 TRE sessions.
Face to face sessions will resume in accordance to covid regulations.
