I offer soul nourishing yoga and meditation classes, workshops and retreats in and around Newquay, Cornwall. My classes focus more on the inner journey through mindfulness and alignment to cultivate sensitivity and compassion to self, restore energy where it might be depleted and create strength where there may be weakness.  I have a depth of knowledge in body work and energetics and my training specialities include: Hatha, Yin and Mindfulness as well as Thai Massage Therapy. I offer private tuition and bespoke retreats to holiday makers including wellness workshops, yoga, meditation or massage. With over 10 years experience working in the field of wellbeing, I have oodles of knowledge, passion and enthusiasm to share on how to live happier and healthier. I am accredited with Yoga Alliance as 500hr E-RYT, insured and first aid certified.
