We offer yoga for children and yoga for mother and baby in various locations around Newquay (although dads and extended family are welcome too!)
This year we are delighted to be hosting world renowned yoga master Doug Swenson for a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training intensive in November at The Fistral Beach Hotel.
Doug will be teaching his unique Sadhana Yoga Chi system for the first time in the UK!
All levels of practice are welcome to join this amazing opportunity.
