Our yoga holidays are just that - holidays. Back in 2003 I went on a yoga retreat and as lovely as it was I did not really want to share a room with someone I did not know or be told what I could or could not eat, and as much as I loved yoga I also wanted time to do other things or simply relax.
Thus the idea of running yoga breaks in luxury hotels was born. Life is about balance, so our yoga breaks offer practical techniques to help with the stresses of modern life and at the same time let you enjoy good food in lovely surroundings.
Our yoga holidays are also suitable for everyone, whether they are the starting point for you to try yoga for the first time, reinspire your current practice or just learn something new, we are here to help.
Many of the hotels are near fantastic beaches or have award winning Spas so there is plenty to do if you book with a non yogi partner or friend.
We offer different styles of yoga from our team of experienced yoga teachers. Each teacher is merely your guide to help you check in and chill out on your personal yoga holiday.
We make yoga work for you and that includes people who would not normally consider Yoga being for them.
