YOGAFAM offers rejuvenating yoga weekends staying in a beautiful B and B in St Just. The weekends consist of a daily meditation, 3 hours of yoga a day, a guided stone circle walk and a spectacular coastal walk. Reiki treatments are available. A nutritious breakfast is included. The weekend begins on the Friday with the first yoga session and ends on the Sunday after the coastal walk at 4 pm.

YOGAFAM offers Hatha Yoga classes which include a relaxation, pranayama, asana and meditation to produce a relaxed state of well-being. I offer small group classes or 1:1 yoga sessions.
