VINYASA YOGA (LEVEL 2)
Tuesdays 6-7.15pm, Porthtowan Village Hall
6 Week Term: 25th February – 31st March 2020
£45 for the 6 class term
Drop-Ins welcome, if space on the night, £9 (some experience required please).
These classes are a fun but focussed, flowing combination of traditional Vinyasa style sequences, plus functional movement and conditioning, that builds strength, as well as flexibility!
A ‘Level 2’ class for students with some experience.
Improve strength, mobility and flexibility, whilst finding time to focus, calm and relax.
Although the intention is optimal functionality over fancy poses, there is always an element of challenge, with advanced posture options. Good health and fitness and some yoga experience required please.
