I offer small and friendly classes, in the hope that you will experience the wonderful, nourishing and soothing effects of yoga for yourself.
Whatever your level of fitness or mobility, whatever your shape or size, there are a wealth of practices available to aid your well-being.ï»¿
This class is designed to make yoga more accessible to people who would otherwise be unable to participate in physical yoga or other yoga practices. Using adaptations of traditional asanas, participants can enjoy the benefits of mental and physical activity, and relaxation practices.
There is also an opportunity for tea and biscuits at the end of the class and a time to chat and ask questions.
Spaces are limited to five, so booking is essential.
