I teach is Hatha and Yin Yoga. Classes consist of Asana (posture work), Pranayama (Yogic breathing practices), and Yoga Nidra (a deep relaxation technique).
My classes are designed to be holistic, working on the body, mind and spirit and are suitable for all abilities - however there may be a preference to class depending on what your goals are.
I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Teacher. The BWY is the UK's leading body of Yoga and is recognised by Sport England as the governing body for Yoga in Great Britain. I trained with the Mandala Yoga Ashram (RYS 69 residential days), Agama Yoga (RYS 500hrs). I found my initial training with the Agama Yoga School in Thailand to be a deep healing and life-changing experience.
