Rock your pregnancy with this 10 week program. Comprising of weekly 1hr pregnancy yoga sessions, mindfulness, meditation and breath work including a 4 week Hypnobirthing course to help you plan and prepare for your baby’s safe arrival. It’s time to feel nurtured, nourished and empower your pregnancy for a fear free childbirth!
