We have different types of classes available from Power Flow to Yin style , so however you prefer to practice we will have a style to suit.

Location Information
The Studio is located directly opposite the beautiful Carrickfergus Castle. There is free parking in the Castle car park, and on street parking available in the high street & also parking available from behind the banks and then just a few steps to get to the studio.
