As we begin to open the body through asana (postural) practice and train the mind through pranayama (breath work) and meditation we begin to shed held tension in our musculature, which relaxes and soothes tension in the body, and habitual thought patterns and ideas in our minds, leaving us open to explore new possibilities...

Serena initially trained as a dancer and during this time discovered the health benefits of yoga. Serena has study a broad spectrum of movement approaches, including dynamic alignment and Pilates and combines this awareness and knowledge into her yoga teaching. Serena was a dancer teacher and choreographer for many years before embarking on her yoga teachers training, where she trained with UKs leading Vinyasa Flow teacher, Claire Missingham.
