Our classes are open to all and accommodate everyone whatever age, shape or level of fitness â€“ from complete beginner and beyond. The body is taken through a full range of movement focusing on good alignment ensuring safe enjoyment of all aspects of Yoga.
There are lots of options to work at lower or deeper levels depending on how you feel on the day in our mixed ability classes. The beauty of yoga is itâ€™s your journey and you can take it at your own pace. We are here to help and offer guidance every step of the way.
