My name is Kathryn, and I am a fully qualified Level 1 Yoga Teacher and level 2 Reiki practitioner. I have just recently completed my Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India. The styles of yoga I am trained to teach is Hatha, Iyengar, Astanga, Vinyasa and Restorative.

● You do not need to be flexible to start yoga
● You do not need to be currently doing any form of exercise to start yoga
● Yoga is not a religion, but is spiritual science, that is at least 5000 years old
