Gillian Shippey is a qualified Yoga Therapist who specialises in adapting yoga to suit the individual / individuals. She teaches private sessions and small groups.

Her general yoga classes include really good quality core strengthening practices, moving the body with integrity and leave you feeling strong, light and vital. These classes are physically challenging, although people with structural issues (such as injuries, bone breakages, scoliosis, bunions, etc, do attend these classes).

She also teaches pregnancy yoga, baby yoga and birth preparation sessions.

Her Womb Yoga classes are for all women. It is a profoundly therapeutic approach to yoga and although you do not have to have any health issues to attend, many women with health issues do attend these groups.
