A Kirtan session is a gathering where music and ancient yoga chants are sung to help uplift the spirit and bring a peace and clarity. No experience is necessary as all the chants will be taught during the session.
Due to circumstances, all sessions will be done via zoom so do please contact me so I can send you the link 🙂
If you do want to have a little listen and practise I am in the process of uploading some Kirtans (with harp and Shruti box accompaniment) on my Harp Musica YouTube channel and Facebook page.
You can come and just listen too if you prefer and enjoy the sound. Bring a blanket and a cushion for comfort and a drink.
Kirtan can be a lovely complement to physical Yoga practise and meditation.
