At The Yoga Room we run a busy and varied timetable of classes. From pregnancy yoga to chair yoga there is a class to suit every body.
Our timetabled classes run in 5 week blocks and are pre-booking only. We are unable to accommodate drop-ins. As our class sizes are small you receive plenty or personal attention. We also provide mats and other equipment, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Most of our classes are suitable for beginners. We do run a regular program of Absolute Beginners Yoga Courses for those wishing to gain confidence on their mat before joining a regular weekly class here at The Yoga Rooms.
