I have been practising yoga for 20 years and teaching for 5. The feedback I get from classes is very good - all classes vary depending on the students (beginners through to exerienced practitioners),
Most sessions incorporate a warm-up, classic yoga asana (forward flexion, extension, twists, sidebends and inversions). Time is always allocated for a breathing (pranayama) practise and maybe meditation techniques eg mindfulness. Pregnancy yoga sessions are of course modified with postures that are safe to practise from 15 weeks to term, helping you to manage the challenges of pregnancy and allowing you some time to relax deeply and connect with your baby.
I also run sessions for vulnerable adults and chair yoga for students with limited mobility. One-to-one sessions can be arranged by appointment.
