My adult classes focus on movement, breath, energy, meditation and relaxation to create a full experience for body, mind and spirit; encouraging people to connect to the innate power and beauty of their own bodies and mind.
My children’s classes (2 - 13 year olds) are inclusive and tremendous fun; weaving together yoga, creativity, playfulness and mindfulness into one. They include yoga poses, music, breathing exercises, relaxation, partner poses and cooperative games.
I also work with teenagers and young people in schools and colleges, run my own workshops and provide private 1:1 and small group sessions.
I am currently training in yoga therapy for children/young people and yoga for pregnancy (as at August 2019).
5-8 year olds Wednesdays 4pm
9-12/13 year olds Thursdays 4pm
Adult Mindful Movement Thursdays 6-7:30pm
Adult Mindful Flow Thursdays 7:45-9:15pm
I also run workshops in schools and teach children and adults privately, on a 1:1 or small group basis.
