Being going to Alison’s classes for a couple of years now and I no longer have to go to the chiropractor to keep me moving,. Having been office based for over 40 years, I find that the classes have given me back freedom of movement in my shoulders and back., and have more strength and flexibility in the rest of my body. Alison is very knowledgeable about how the body works and tunes the movements to individuals needs. Really miss it when we have the occasional breaks for holidays.
