All classes offer all aspects of Yoga practice, beginning with a warm up, Asana (posture work), Breathing Exercises or Pranayama and Relaxation. Meditation, Philosophy and chanting are also incorporated into the class.
All classes are mixed ability and are general Hatha Yoga Classes offering a wide variety of dynamic and static held postures, with modifications and variations to suit all students on their Yogic Path.
Also available are one-to-sessions, these are developed to suit the individual and their requirements, please email me for more information.
Classes are also available in the local area for Corporate Clients, or groups away for a weekend locally and would like a Yoga Session! Again email for details.
