Having lived in various parts of the UK, I’ve had quite a few yoga teachers over the years and Louise is by far my favourite. She has excellent knowledge but it is her warmth, enthusiasm and humility which make her stand out. I travel quite far for her classes, passing other teachers more conveniently located, but its always worth it. Her classes are good for beginners to advanced, energising and fun, hard work AND relaxing. I’m so sorry to be moving out of the area and not able to attend any more.

I’ve been practising various forms of yoga for about 20 years and without doubt Louise Croome is the best teacher I’ve come across, Not just because of her in depth knowledge and self effacing and affable personality but she has also cured me of some soft tissue climbing injuries I’ve had for over 30 years. Thanks Louise!

I have attended Louise’s classes for a few years now, after never doing any yoga before. Louise teaches in different styles each week so the classes are varied working on all areas of the body. Louise is very thorough in her teaching, making sure your positioned correctly. I’ve benefited so much since starting and look forward to the class each week.

I attend Louise’s class which is excellent. We are often a large group but Louise manages to choose activities which are both accessible for participants who have various levels of flexibility and experience. She not only suggests alternative movements but communicates clearly with a light touch – all of which enable those taking part to benefit from as asanas and gain a sense of achievement.

Louise is a brilliant teacher. Her classes are always varied with differing styles and pace and she helps everyone from beginner to well experienced to gain so much from each class. Her enthusiasm and love of yoga shine through. I am so much more flexible and aware of my bodies capabilities since joining Louise’s class. Look forward to each one. Thanks Louise
