About Mindful Yoga

Lynda Butler-Staples is an Independent Yoga Network registered Hatha and Yin Yoga Teacher and also a qualified TeenYoga & Mindfulness Teacher.  Lynda has classes, workshops, courses in Belper, Derbyshire, and also occasional sessions in Chilwell, Nottingham. She is also available for one-to-one, small private groups, college, school and corporate sessions.

After undergoing breast cancer treatment and living with some physical limitation as a result, Lynda has developed a mindful approach to yoga that offers gentle classes to stretch and relax the body and calm the mind. Mindful Yoga classes include meditation, pranayama (breathing practices), asana (physical postures and flowing movements) and relaxation.

Lynda teaches classes of Mindful Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Mindful Meditation & Relaxation.
