Alison teaches with a relaxing tone and her sessions allowed me to really relax. I had been attending various yoga classes and different tutors for some time, but none truly felt quite right. Purple Lotus is just what I needed, Alison has such a way of teaching that one feels welcome and truly relaxed in her classes.
I would most certainly recommend Purple Lotus and Alison to anybody looking to start or practise Yoga. Hers it the best class I have ever had the pleasure of attending!
