I teach Hatha yoga to men and women who want to de-stress from everyday life.

Yoga practice can be helpful to rebalance your life. Practiced everyday or once a week can help maintain good health.

Yoga has great physical, mental and spiritual benefits.  Anyone can practice yoga. Yoga is non-competitive.

 

Private lessons and some space on the Friday morning and evening classes

  • One to one tuition -for all levels of ability.
  • Private and purpose built yoga studio.
  • All you need is comfortable clothes; mats, blankets and props are provided.
  • Each session is for one hour
  • BWYQ Level 4 Diploma in Yoga Teaching (QCF).

I have been attending Jay’s yoga class regularly now and it has become a highlight of my week. The intimate class is perfect for beginners like me, but it also is a great space for more those more experienced to continue their practice. Jay is a great teacher and doesn’t just leave you to it but makes sure that you are doing the poses correctly and at the right level for you. I have been going to Jay for about a month now, and I think Becky has done a great review. My son and I go during the day, as Jay is now offering day time classes as well as a night class. Very good for improving flexibility, mood, and for calming and energising; a really good combination that is helping us both. I highly recommend these classes.
