Nic Moy Yoga provides friendly and inclusive Hatha Yoga classes for Adults in Chesterfield, Holmesfield and Dronfield. Tailored for anybody who wants to make a positive contribution to their wellbeing.
I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and hold a Level 4 (500 hours) Diploma in Teaching Yoga.
I love to explore and play with movement and my classes feature sustainable and mindful movements based in the Hatha Yoga tradition. Strength, flexibility and mobility through a practice where movement becomes the meditation is a theme of my teaching. A focus on breathing and pranayama exercises, mudras, mindfulness and aspects of yoga philosophy are also woven into my classes.
I suggest everybody brings a blanket to class, other props (like bricks, blocks and belts), including Yoga mats are available to borrow. If you have your own Yoga mat and any props please feel free to bring them along.
My classes are for everybody and every body. £8 drop in or £35 for a 5 class pass (No time limit).
