Laura's Vinyasa Flow classes are for both beginners and intermediates, and are creative, flowing yoga classes that are designed to offer yoga to students at all levels: slow and relaxing, or more dynamic and energetic. The use of the breath to move in and out of yoga forms is a key element that can help ease and calm the mind and body. Laura teaches mainly in Draycott at the Elephant Rooms Health and Wellbeing Centre. She runs a range of weekly classes, whilst also teaching workshops and private sessions.
